Overview
The CT5-25 Electric Insulation Support is a high-performance step-type spacing insulator—also used as a bus bar clamp—designed to stabilize and insulate busbar assemblies of varying heights within low-voltage switchgear, distribution cabinets, inverters, and power distribution boxes. Its step-like design allows for tiered arrangement, promoting cleaner layouts and reliable electrical isolation.

Key Features

  • Insulating & Supporting Functionality: Efficiently supports busbars at different heights while providing essential insulation.

  • Wide Voltage Rating: Operates safely across low-voltage systems from 660 V to 4500 V

  • Robust Construction: Made from premium BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) or DMC (Dough Molding Compound) materials, ensuring high strength, heat resistance, and flame-retardant performance (V0).

  • Excellent Environmental Resistance: Exhibits advanced resilience against heat, fire, moisture, and shrinkage—suited for demanding industrial conditions.

  • Certified Quality: Comes with globally recognized certifications, including CE, REACH, ELV, and SGS
